Today Wesley your technician called to let me know he would arrive at 08:00. He's represents your company very well. Our problem was a garage door that was 12 years old with issues. It would open and close randomly. Wesley took time to walk us through our options and accessories. We agreed on what was our best solution. Wes was fantastic! Same day inspection & service. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, patient and made sure we understood any problems, how he could fix it & to call if we had any issues. Pretty cool that trucks are fully stocked and ready to rock and roll. Odd 5% upcharge, but would definitely recommend. PGD is now our go-to for the future! We called Precision on a Sunday when the garage door broke and they set an appointment for Monday between 12:00 and 2:00 and they were here on time and did a great job on the garage door. Garage door cable shredded and called to have it repaired. An hour after calling for an appointment the technician arrived. Needed a new garage door opener due to age and lack of available parts. The installation was done cleanly, professionally, and in a reasonable amount of time. Technician took the time to cover all aspects of the new opener. This is the second time I have used Precision and will continue in the future. I highly recommend them.
